Local doesn’t work in my system requirements with an error.
But I fixed this trouble.
Cause
This is an error like this.
Service was the cause in my system requirements.
Its service name is “World Wide Web Publishing Service”.
Stop service
Select “Services” in “Windows Administrative Tools” from the Windows Start menu.
1:Select “World Wide Web Publishing Service”.
2:Select Stop.
Retry to resolve the error
When “World Wide Web Publishing Service” can be stopped, select “RETRY” in “Local”.
Now the error is resolved and you can access the local site.
How to keep this setting?
If this method is successful, you will need to do the same every time you start Windows.
Prevents the “World Wide Web Publishing Service” from starting.
Open “Services” in the same procedure as before.
1:Then right-click on “World Wide Web Publishing Service”.
2S:Select “Properties”.
Change the startup method of “World Wide Web Publishing Service”.
The Startup type is “Automatic” by default.
Change this to “Disabled” or “Manual”.
And select OK.
The next time Windows starts, “World Wide Web Publishing Service” will not work.
Now the startup of “Local” is smooth.
